Spencer Goff, PT Owner of Neuro-Rehabilitation (Therapy • Training • Education) Received a BS in Physical Therapy with honors from California State University, Long Beach. Spencer is a certified Neuro-IFRAH Instructor®. He has been personally trained by Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR/L, the originator of the Neuro-IFRAH® approach. Spencer Goff assists Waleed Al-Oboudi with courses throughout the United States and Internationally. Mr. Goff is a faculty member of the Neuro-IFRAH® Center in La Jolla, CA. Spencer Goff has completed advanced courses in the treatment and management of adults with Hemiplegia from a stroke or brain injury by Waleed Al-Oboudi, is Neuro-IFRAH advanced trained® and his patients are treated and managed using his Neuro-IFRAH® Advanced Training . Spencer integrates this information into both teaching and patient treatments. Spencer has worked in a variety of settings throughout the spectrum of patient care; including acute, sub-acute, transitional care, long term care, home health care, and out patient settings. Since 2001 he has specialized in the treatment of patients with Hemiplegia from a stroke or brain injury. He currently treats private patients, as well as working with Scripps Health and a private outpatient clinic in San Diego, CA. Spencer Goff teaches and or assists Neuro-IFRAH® courses nationally and internationally.
